Dr. Waleed Hosny, Ph.D.

CEO & Founder

Waleed holds a Ph.D. in Wireless Communication (2004) and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering Wi-Fi, 5G/LTE, WiMAX, FWA, and mmWave solutions across the USA, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa — with clients including TATA, Reliance, Telmex, Etisalat, and DU.

He has led every phase of large-scale wireless network delivery, from RF planning and architecture (Ekahau, iBwave, Atoll, EDX) to design, testing, security, and executive reporting, and has trained thousands of engineers worldwide.

Waleed is CEO & Founder of WH-Consult Canada and Senior Director of Advanced Broadband Wireless Solutions at EION Wireless, where he leads global wireless design, business consulting, and operations for telecom operators and enterprises. Earlier in his career, he served as an International Senior ICT Consultant on USAID- and CIDA-funded projects.

He is an active member of the IEEE Telecommunications Forum and WISPA, and a frequent international speaker at telecom conferences.
